You are going to receive a refund for each DOA shrimp that you send a photo of, up to 2 hours after delivery. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable. We don’t send replacement shrimp. If you’re feeling that items are missing from your order, we require that you send us a photo of the shrimp in their unopened bag and provide a photo of the shipping box they were delivered in. If you’re feeling the items are undersized please send clear picture comparing item on a tape measure. Domestic shipping only!
